The ASSO Ultra Low Stretch is a Fluorocarbon coated line.
The Asso lines that have been developed with the Ultra Low Stretch technology, have the lowest stretch possible for a monofilament line, yet very high knot strength, maximum sensitivity and enough shock resistance to avoid lost fish. The unique fluorocarbon coating formula improves the lines durability and casting properties.
Parallel spooling is a process applied when a monofilament line is spooled from the machines big spools, to smaller, commercial spools. The process involves the laying of every coil, parallel to the previous one, involving high precision and minimal tension. When the line comes off the spool, it does so unaffected, without altering its specifications, with less tendency for tangles and a smooth flow through the rods guides.
