BKK carried out a thorough research to develop a stainless-steel alloy, that provides the ideal combination of strength and saltwater corrosion resistance. BKKs accurate tempering and forging process enhance the strength and elasticity of the ring, making it more durable.
The split ring initially goes through a grinding process and a fine chemical polishing that make the surfaces very smooth, thereby avoiding any line damage and abrasion issues. The whole anti-abrasive design of the BKK Split ring is to make it line friendly.
