Description
Kureha was the first company to develop fluorocarbon lines. Seaguar lines are made of the most advanced polymer material in the market coming directly from the Kureha Chemical R&D department.
Seaguar Grand Max Shock Leader is a premium fluorocarbon line, with demonstrated improvements, such as a 137% increase in knot strength compared to the original Seaguar. The line employs the strongest polymers to create the maximum knot strength, the highest abrasion resistance and the best sensitivity.
In order to evaluate the various characteristics required in fishing lines today, at the highest level, Seaguar has broken down each lines character into 12 factors, such as diameter, strength, elongation, flexibility and wear resistance. The unique and far too detailed inspections and analysis that take place by the Japanese company, ensure that each line that gets into anglers hands delivers the exact features that are needed in a fluorocarbon line. As the use of PE lines, which have zero elasticity expands, the need for Shock leaders will increase further. The Flexible / Non-Twist manufacturing method that Seaguar applies, enables the manufacturer to incorporate a wide range of technical features into the fluorocarbon line and at the same time, make it even more supple.
The Seaguar Grand Max Shock Leader is a tough but quite flexible fluorocarbon line. As the manufacturer puts it This is our strongest fluorocarbon line we can count on. The Grand Max Shock Leader diligently pursues the strength, sensitivity and abrasion resistance required by fluorocarbon lines. In addition, as proof of strength, the Grand Max Shock Leader meets the exact endurance in Libre.
It comes in transparent color and is Made in Japan.
