The Gomexus AS30 is a super light-weight, power knob, compatible with Shimano and Daiwa Spinning and Baitcasting reels.
Unfortunately not all Shimano or Daiwa reels can benefit from the addition of a Gomexus knob. To make sure that you can install a Gomexus Round knob to your reel, you need to check if:
Your reel is included in the attached list of Shimano or list of Daiwa.
The existing knob can be removed with an ordinary screwdriver
The length and width of the shaft is exactly as described below
If your Shimano reel, is included in the lists of compatible reels, then you do not need to make any other checking. It fits.
If your reel is not included in the lists above, then in order to find out if you can install a Gomexus Titanium Round Knob to it, without the need to drill, you need to check the following:
Examine how the knob has been fitted to your reel.
