Penn Spinfisher VII Long Cast Reels

Description

Seven generations of a fishing reel. Only Penn could have accomplished that, with the Spinfisher VII. A new, more advanced version of the universally recognized and accomplished, saltwater spinning reel Penn Spinfisher has become available in the European fishing market.

Covering almost all in-shore, near shore, angling and off-shore techniques, this real fishing workhorse has been based on the legacy of the Penn Spinfisher V.

The Spinfisher VII Spinning reel has a full metal body and side plates that keep the CNC Gear System in precise alignment under heavy loads, while the IPX5 Sealed design keeps saltwater out to ensure consistently smooth performance. Whether it gets hit with a wave, or you let it ride in the spray all the way home, you don’t have to worry about saltwater getting into the gearbox, or drag system.

Any Spinfisher reel is not called a workhorse for nothing, as Penn equipped every model it with the HT-100 drag washers, housed in a fully sealed spool, to give the stopping power needed for big saltwater fish.

The Leveline Oscillation System lays the line neatly on the spool resulting in further and more accurate casts.

The LC Spinfisher reels are made with shallow spools, that facilitate Long Casts.

A few words about how the IPX5 test rating is attributed. Water projected by a 6.3mm nozzle, at a flow rate of 12.5 litres/ min, at a pressure of 30kN/m² for 3 minutes, from a distance of 3 meters, against enclosure, from any direction. The reel shall have no harmful effects.
